About this Coffee:
As an origin, Peru has all the necessary conditions to produce world-class coffee: its high elevation; a prominence of good varieties such as Typica, Bourbon, and Caturra; and a movement focused on quality among small producers, especially in cooperatives that use organic agriculture, is very encouraging for the future recognition that these lots will deservedly receive. It also has a strong tradition of organic farming, and this coffee from the Cajamarca region balances all of those qualities in a fine, sturdy cup with articulate flavors.
